1 Acceptance of Terms

Users who believe content is defamatory or unlawful should report the content to the Websites for review.

6 Section 230 Protection

The Websites operate as interactive computer services. Pursuant to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), the Websites and their owners, administrators, moderators, and affiliates are not treated as the publisher or speaker of user-generated content.

7 Moderation Rights

Any claims related to moderation actions must be directed only against the Websites and not against individual moderators.

13 No Duty to Monitor

The Websites do not have an obligation to monitor or review all user-generated content. Failure to remove or moderate content does not create liability or imply endorsement by the Websites.

14 Assumption of Risk

Users acknowledge that online communities may contain inaccurate information, opinions of other users, unverified listings, or advertisements. Users voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the Websites and interacting with other users.

15 No Warranty

The Websites are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind including uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

16 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Websites and their owners, administrators, moderators, contributors, sponsors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of data, profits, or reputational harm.

17 Indemnification

Users acknowledge that participation on the Websites is a privilege and not a right. The Websites are not obligated to provide explanations, warnings, or opportunities to appeal moderation or enforcement decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, users waive any claims against the Websites and their owners, administrators, moderators, contributors, sponsors, partners, and affiliates arising from moderation decisions, account suspensions, content removals, or bans. Enforcement decisions made by the Websites shall be final.

26 Termination

The Websites may suspend or terminate user access at any time for violations of these Terms.
