Data Deletion Instructions

DSDMods respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our platform, including any data we received via Facebook or Google login.

Option 1 — Self-Service (Fastest)

1. Sign in to your DSDMods account at https://staging.dsdmods.com/login
2. Go to your Dashboard
3. Scroll to Account Settings → Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion. Your account and all personal data will be permanently removed within 24 hours.

Option 2 — Email Request

If you cannot access your account, send an email to support@dsdmods.com from the email address registered with us, including:

• Your username (if known)
• The email address linked to your account
• A clear statement: "I request permanent deletion of my DSDMods account and all associated data."

We will respond within 3 business days to confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Option 3 — Disconnect Facebook or Google Login

If you only want us to forget the data we received from Facebook or Google (without deleting your DSDMods account):

For Facebook users:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find DailySpeedDemon in the list of connected apps
3. Click Remove
4. Facebook will send us a deletion notification automatically and we will remove the linked data within 30 days.

For Google users:

1. Go to Google Account → Third-party access
2. Find DSDMods in the list
3. Click Remove Access

What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, username, avatar)
• Forum posts and replies you authored
• Marketplace listings you posted
• Event posts you created
• Direct messages you sent
• Linked Facebook / Google identifiers
• Payment history (excluding records we are legally required to retain for tax/accounting)

What We May Retain

By law, we may need to retain certain records:

• Payment receipts — for up to 7 years for tax compliance
• Anonymized analytics — aggregate data with no link to your identity
• Backup copies — purged from rotating backups within 90 days

Confirmation

Once deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation email to your registered address. After that, your data is gone permanently and cannot be recovered.
